If you’re looking to get the full investment from our go-live service line, engage with Sagacious in an advisory and planning capacity before go-live. We can staff your project with a Go-Live Activation Director who will work to engage your teams and leadership, execute cutover, and manage all go-live logistics. Typically, it's best to engage this role when you're entering the testing phase, but we will work with you to determine the best timing. Additionally, our Go-Live Project Managers oversee all staffing and logistic needs for go-live.

 

Go-Live Activation Director: A Sagacious senior consultant manages all aspects of go-live and command center planning, including developing communication plans, ensuring operational buy-in, identification of risks, and mitigation plans.

 

Go-Live Project Manager: A Sagacious employee assists the Go-Live Activation Director in managing all aspects of go-live floor support teams. They coordinate floor support staffing and travel coordination, go-live shift change meetings, issues meetings, and gathering team feedback.
