Arpit began his career at Epic, working as a project manager for their clinical applications. His clients included academic, community, and multi-state health systems. After leaving Epic, he gained valuable revenue cycle management experience at Accretive Health. His primary responsibilities included building financial models to determine expected insurance reimbursement and assisting in negotiating contracts with insurance companies.
At Sagacious, Arpit leverages his unique blend of clinical and revenue knowledge to help clients implement Epic with a holistic and integrated viewpoint. In addition, as a Consultant Manager, he hopes to continue driving a supportive environment that keeps Sagacious' consultants constantly challenged.
He holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Process Management and Business Administration, Chelsea went on to join Epic’s Implementation team and participated in installs of both clinical and billing applications. With her cross-application exposure, Chelsea provided install recommendations and added to integrated workflow documentation in an effort to break down clinical and revenue silos.
Keeping a focus on process improvement and new methodologies, Chelsea obtained her Green Belt in Six Sigma and became a Certified Scrum Master. At Sagacious, Chelsea provides Beaker application support and is a member of strategic advisory teams, and outside of work, loves to enjoy the beautiful weather the west coast has to offer.
Craig has over 27 years of healthcare IT experience, filling a variety of roles from Programmer Analyst to IT Director. He also has experience as a Radiology Director that allowed him to develop a strong knowledge of workflows and processes within Radiology and Cardiology departments. Craig’s knowledge expands beyond Epic to include leading PACS and Voice Recognition Systems to create integrated workflows that maximize productivity and efficiency. Craig has been a presenter at the Epic Radiant Forum five times, showcasing leading edge solutions that provide clinical staff access to information from anywhere within the health system.
Craig also has extensive experience in configuration of the Epic Security infrastructure. He has developed a proven methodology to provide the framework that allows an organization to utilize automated provisioning software for account maintenance. On a personal note, Craig is a devoted family man with a wife and two kids.
Nora worked at Epic in the Implementation Services department. She was a Lead Mentor and Application Learning Owner for Health Information Management (HIM). After Epic, she earned a master’s degree at the London School of Economics.
Since joining Sagacious Consultants in 2012, Nora has continued to focus on HIM. As a Consultant Manager, she works to strengthen the professional development program, so that Sagacious’ consultants are well-supported and marketable. Outside of work, she enjoys the Chicago sports scene, both taking in games and participating in recreational running and triathlon races.
Before joining Sagacious Consultants, Teri Tsutsui worked at Intel Corporation, Epic, and Solarworld Industries America. At Epic, Teri gained experience in Inpatient Orders and Clinical Documentation.
As a Sagacious consultant, Teri served as a build analyst for the Orders Team during the implementation phase and co-led the Order Set Team in maintenance and optimization phase. Teri has provided hundreds of go-live support hours in Inpatient Orders, Inpatient Clinical Documentation, and Stork.
She earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington and an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University.
